Concrete planter with rusty iron coating.
To create a rusty iron finish to a concrete planter mix iron powder with waterproof PVA and paint it onto the planter. Once it is dry use sand paper on the surface to expose the iron powder. Place the planter in the garden and allow the surface of the planter to weather over time, the iron surface will oxidize and become rusty.
