Suggested method of production.
Make a small version of your final project in modelling clay. Make a full size version in epsfoam or xpsfoam. Coat the polystyrene in layers of cement with a spatular, smooth off the surface before it fully cures. Protect the project with plastic film and allow to cure. Once the concrete is cured remove the protective film and sand the surface until smooth.
